Days of Mindfulness
Days of Mindfulness are opportunities for us to practice as a group for a day. Days of mindfulness are held in noble silence and provide wonderful opportunity to deepen our spiritual practice and connect with members of the sangha.

The exact format of a day of mindfulness depends on the host but generally the day follows this format
