Holiday Break - we will not have a Thursday night sit on December 24th or 31st. We'll return to Thursday sits on January 7th

Beginners

Please arrive 10 minutes early so one of sangha members can give you an introduction and help you get settled. Throughout the evening, the bell master will provide instruction on the flow of the evening – he or she will let you know when to stand, when to bow, when to do walking meditation, etc. So please don’t worry about not knowing the process for the evening, we will help you along the path.
