Flow of Weekly Meditation
Each week of the month, the Mindfulness Community of Victoria offers differnt types of practice to help you along the path. The following is the format for the weekly meditation.
Week 1 - Noble Silence
As an opportunity for practioners to go deeper, the evening will be conducted in noble silence.

Soup Nights - Soup nights will be held four times a year in honor of the equinox and soltice. This year soup night will be held on:
