Flow of Weekly Meditation

Each week of the month, the Mindfulness Community of Victoria offers differnt types of practice to help you along the path. The following is the format for the weekly meditation.

6pm come and join us for soup. please let us know if you plan to attend so we know how much soup to bring. You are more than welcome to only join us for 7:00pm practice as well.
