Victoria Practice Center

The Victoria Mindfulness Community offers a number of activities throughout the year including weekly meditation and dharma discussion, days of mindfulness and mindfulness walks at various parks in the Victoria area.

You don’t have to be a Buddhist to sit, just be open to revealing a deeper meaning to the world. We have people who sit with us from many religions and spiritual backgrounds and welcome the diversity. If you have never meditated before, not to worry, one of the sangha community will be happy to offer a welcoming hand to get you started.

Everyone is welcome to attend the activities. We request that you attend at least one weekly meditation before attending a day of mindfulness or mindfulness walk.

There is no cost for these activities but a small dana (donation) is much appreciated as it goes to helping run the sangha.
