Welcome to the Mindfulness Community of Victoria. The community was founded in 1999 for people who desire to live a simple and mindful life in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.

To live mindfully means to be present in each moment, moment to moment, breath to breath. When we focus on the present moment, it opens us up to possibility of happiness right here and now. We begin to stop searching outside ourselves and realize that happiness can be found in the present moment.
